When the custom pillow is shipped and how long will it take to receive it?

We currently only ship our custom cut pillows to the United States.

USA: We estimate orders to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 3 weeks.

How many pets can you include?

Due to the custom cut of the pillow, we can only illustrate a maximum of one pet per pillow.

Is the image printed on both sides?

No. Your image will only be printed on one side of the pillow.

What size options do you offer?

We offer your custom cut pillow in 10x10, 16x16, and 22x22.

Can I return my pillow?

No, customised products can't be returned. But don't worry 100% of our clients are happy with their final product, as our artists always do an amazing artwork design.
